No, it is for reasons that I have already stated: we do not make distinctions based upon developmental stages or condition of dependency once the child has left the womb, and there is no clear- cut reason to do so at any point in the womb, once there is a distinct organism.....As I have said, there are debatable points of cut- off, and for that reason I would treat first trimester abortions far less harshly....
