Mark I get my cert all the time with the bb stocks,... Never had to force broker to get them for me. Sending certs back, for me is justa like sending a check to pay for a buy. I have 3 days of so to get them in. If you mail the day you sell you dont even have to over night them. I only over night when I forget and a week has gone by, I get a note or call from my broker asking for me to send them in. It`s realy no big deal. I justa dont sign the cert till I am ready to mail it back to my broker. I expect my GIFS shares any day. What I am saying is it real easy to get them, and send them back all you have to do is ask.
