Actually, AVID is in much better shape then GDC. I am long both but taking a bath in GDC. Look up AVID's balance sheet as well as corp. history and present CEO, who is a turn-around type of a guy. Where as only way GDC is going up is if it is taken over. The revenue for last few years have been flat and they have not made any money in ages.
