Mani: "AMD Expands Mobile Processor" This release indicates two things: 1. AMD's PR machine is in better shape - please notice the realease time - 1:00PM EST, it is clear that the aim of the release is directed at countering the GTW bad PR. AMD normally do their products release early in the morning, today's piece is purposely timed and for a good reason. Keep the good work - Scott Allen! 2. Confirmed the future direction of AMD - concentrate on highend Desktop and mobile - CPQ and Toshiba will not be lost to Intel as a result of today's announcement. BTW, good to know your 650 runs well. Two months from now, if there are NO bug or defects found in Athlon, I would consider Athlon launch to be spectacular!
