All true.

Intellectually I know I should be happy for them, know it's right that they start the process of leaving the nest, getting on with their lives as adults. Intellectually I know that if I want to be a grandparent I have to let them go and start their own live.

But you know what?

Sometimes the heart just doesn't listen to the mind.
