Steve,
Great Post ! Thats why my opinion was for the holders to demand there
certs. Brokers will tell you they have them, so that they don't have the hassel of getting them for you..You must demand they send you the
certs.. You will hear every story in the book from your brokers, but the bottom line is that you need to have the certs, in your hand..
