Drake Univ.'s registrar told me that Hamilton and William H. are different.

Here's Hamilton's biography from his company website:

Hamilton Wallace is the founder and principal of Wallace Resources. He holds a BS degree in Reasoning, Logic & Persuasion from Drake University and an MBA from Arizona State University.

I phoned Drake University's Registrar. I said I wanted to verify a degree for a former student named Wallace. There weren't that many, it turned out. It isn't a big university. Among the handful she named were William H. Wallace Jr., and Hamilton Wallace. She said they had two different social security numbers.

William H. Wallace Jr. enrolled Sept. 1971 and received a BA in speech in 1975.

Hamilton Wallace enrolled in August 1976, received a few semester hours of course credit, and left after one semester.
