I would disagree. It would be disaster to Intel at least
if it is true. Without a good and steady supply of those
MB, memory etc., it is by no means good news.

I don't know about AMD though as the MB supply is already
a problem.

Now if the capacity is indeed being damaged and cannot be
restored quick, what MB manufacturing would be sacrificed
first ?
