When people think of CRM they think of the big boys, SEBL, CLFY, ORCL. Too bad for them. Anyone out there watching this? Tried to keep the thread going but there doesn't appear to be an interest. (I can't imagine why....) Give me some incentive people. Are you out there? Eenie
