From the info on the Appian Page: "Appian Graphics was formed in 1994 when ETMA purchased the marketing assets of Appian Technology. Appian Technology produced application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and graphics accelerator display cards until the company was sold in 1994. At the time of the sale, Cirrus Logic obtained Appian Technology’s technical assets." I don't know what this means. What assetts does Appian Technology have now? I could not find any filings in EDGAR. I have requested investor information via E-mail. If anyone else has any info please post.
