you miss the point on the srcm tvg settlement, not only for the reasons you mentioned but tvg and srcm are still talking deal of some sort so dont go to short on this one, their are also deals coming any day with major cable cos that is what has most major short funds covering todayt. and remember its the big funds and large institutional money that drives these stocks up and down so your shorts are nothing without their help. we are alll just pawns in avery big game and we try to make money whenever they do something and right now their going to push srcm up and maybe if grenspan raises rates theyll put it down. so good luck and keep the info coming bad or good up or down we can make money either wasy
