Hello Mike:
I believe the fluctuations are due to INNF being on the "pink sheet" until NASDAQ approves the required filings -- deadline was Sept.2/99. When NASDAQ approves, INNF will return to the BB and normal trading patterns (hopefully heading due North). It appears that NASDAQ backlog in changing over to the new eligibility rules is causing many companies being "pink-sheeted" -- that is being removed from the BB until all their fillings are approved, although they continue trading. This process started on Jan 1 (for companies whose names starts with "A" -- INNF was originally "APCI" therefore fell into this year's compliance schedule -- and will continue until all companies trading on the OTCBB comply with the new rules (see NASDAQ website)for more technical explanation). Hope this answers your question... in the meantime, be patient and stay cool!
Regards. Goalie.
