Himanshu, what amazes me is the gall of these people!....

DW and crew must have a firm belief that the investing public is made up of complete idiots.

As you mention there are numerous operations out there on the net selling software. Many of the operators started on little or no money.
Camelot wants people to give them 12 MILLION dollars to run a web page.
I know that it is not exactly that simple, but twelve million... for what. Of course the answer is to attempt to bail out Camelot ( and perhaps himself...I wonder how he is doing paying back the $1.6 Million he borrowed from the Camelot treasury).

I am aware that the mrcdrom is to be a seperate entity..but just watch, if they get anywhere near 12 mil, the next thing you hear will be how MrCdrom just purchased rights to distribute Digiphone in the US for $10 million!

Did you notice that they are going to do this all on the net? Of course this will save fees and allow Camelot (DW) to keep more money, but I wonder if it doesn't go much deeper. I wonder if DW could not even find a reputable brokerage firm to underwrite the IPO.

I agree... if only one could short the new scam right out of the blocks, one might make money on the deal. Otherwise it is an instant loser!
