The quake was centered about 70 miles SSW of Taipei in a sparsely populated area. Damage most likely will not be too extensive on the campuses of TSM and UMC. Due to time of day, may not even do too much damage to the day's production. Just speculating here, of course, but I don't think we have another Kobe on our hands here.
