Herc-- As a shareholder, I hate to say this but I wouldn't be so quick to sign-up w/ NTBK -- I don't have time to list all the screw-ups they've made, and I'm not alone given the press at other msg. boards and at the Gomez bank rating site. You might want to give then a few months to clean-up their act. I think they have more customers than they can handle properly right now. To answer your specific question, they have screwed up payments, including late payment on an insurance policy which left me w/out casualty coverage for some period of time. They blamed it on Checkfree, which a) I don't believe and b) it couldn't have been Checkfree's fault when NTBK said they would take care of the problem after payment was not made, and then did nothing for a week or so until I repeatedly called.
