re:Gemstar Mike, doesn't the outcome of the TV Guide litigation determine whether the IPG area is a Gorilla Game or a Royalty Game? A GMST loss,or even the joint venture settlement which is being talked about,would leave 2 strong competitors to divide up the market. TV Guide has already signed a 10 year exclusive with ATT/TCI to use TV Guide's IPG in all ATT/TCI's owned and operated cable systems. Without access to this important market,GMST becomes only a Prince.
