Financially, EMR should be o.k. for another year or so.

With the present private placement (Aug.99): 6 million shares at 0.26 gives the company 1.5 million in cash.
Plus they have ~7 or 8 hundred thousand in soft money (ie.N.B. grants and loans).
Total >2.4 million dollars. This should keep us going for at least another year or more.
There are warrants outstanding:
1)~ 900,000 at .060 due in December/99.
2)~ 975,000 at 0.60 due in Feb./2000.
3)~ 2,750,000 at 0.65-1.00 due in May-June/2000.
If the stock price is above those prices at those cut-off dates, then the company would get another few million cash.
Also, the private placement from last month will leave
6 million warrants due within the next 2 years at 0.35. This would give another few million cash.

The company is O.K. financially for now.
If all warrants are exercised then the company should be good for another 2-3 years, although the total number of shares in the company would be just over 50 million (fully diluted).

No plans to dilute further at this point in time.
Also the proposal "to give the company the o.k. to issue up to 20,000,000 more shares in private placements" was DROPPED.

The next couple of months should see some positive action in the company...... but again , I think we were saying the same thing at this time last year.

good luck to us all,
Gary.
