Generally, small sells at these levels is an MM nudging the price down for a buyer who wants a better price. That's why you see this one slowly sink, slowly sink, slowly ....then BANG! between .21 and .16 it jumps. Someone is gathering below .25 very carefully to keep the price from bolting like last January. If you can, go back and check the trade patterns. It's interesting.
