If SYNM was already producing its product then yes, but since it has nothing to sell yet the price changes don't effect its finances---of course if oil went thru the roof because of an embargo then maybe some speculators would jump on the stock as an ALTERNATIVE SOURCE in the fairly near future.

I still think SASOL (NYSE: SASOY) is the better play on this technology. You get paid while you wait for implementation (.22 cents dividend) and if the technology doesn't work you still have an oil company.
