Ahoy, Capt.
OK, let's see what we have here...
1) CC is underwriting BII's PP. (Yeesh - you think they have enough paper? )
2) CC is SCS's house.
3) SCS price is DEFINITELY being kept down - jitney or no jitney.
4) SCS and BII are going to do bidtravel.com, so there's the common link.
So, let's use a little logic...
If I'm CC, I need to have something(s) in the bag to pump up the stock so that I can take care of the placees after the PP closes.
I also have SCS chomping at the bit, ready to break out of the gate.
So what do I do??? Simple. I use the bidtravel promotion as the ticket to "pump two birds with one stone". hehehe. If I'm really smart, I get the website all designed and ready to go beforehand, and then open up the website, knowing that this would create a helluva lot of interest and excitement for both BII and SCS.
Therefore, bidtravel won't come out, and CC won't let SCS stock run, until AFTER the BII PP closes.
How'd I do, Capt.???
