Maybe you guys need new brokers!! It has been no trouble and free for me to get certs for years. But then again I dont play that $10 per trader game either. I pay $38 per trade. I call my broker and the buy is done while I am on the phone with them in justa minutes, no wondering , no missing a good buy or sale.
