Called company FRiday PM. Talked to IR person. Got very little info. Responses were strictly "by the book" eg: "Company knows of no reason for stock decline" "Company progress is consistent with latest 10K filing" "we are not seeking any financing at this time" "can not comment on sales or earnings" "Quarterly report due in early May" I asked if they planned any conferences with analysts soon..." did not know of any planned meetings" I asked when their next public statements to a group may be made.."Company will participate in a urology conference within next two weeks" I did ask if there were any FDA actions of a negative nature that are in process ..the answer was "no".

That was pretty much it. In spite of the fact that I told them I had substantial position in the stock, I got next to nothing from this contact.

Clearly, as has been stated on this thread in the past, the Company takes a very shallow approach to its shareholders.

Looking at the charts , this should be the "support area", but the technical damage done in the last six months I believe it will take many months to mend. The recent 10K states we may see two more years before earnings develop and if thats the case we can be a very long time waiting to see recovery to the upper single digits.

I plan to follow up my telcon with a letter to the principals of the Company expressing my outrage at the way stockholders are treated by their Investor Relations people (for all that is worth).

PS: Does anyone out there have any "real" insight into what might be happening Viz product acceptance, sales growth, etc. ?
