SUNRISE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 1999--Ursus Telecom Corporation (NASDAQ/NMS:UTCC) today announced that it has commissioned its new Nortel Multiservice Switch in Argentina and effective Friday, September 17, 1999, began routing traffic on the new state-of-the-art network.

I would say Auric this stock is on the move, and IMHO the stock should be in the mid twenties in the near future.
