It is a good argument to say the least in you observation.
Let me explain the difference between SKG small volume and BIO.al.

Firstly look at SKG has no big or huge volume and gradually moved up from that .13 to .22, this is gradually moved up slowly and surely.
BIO lastfew days , it had huge like 1.4 mil or 1.2 mil but today only small volume, that 1.4 or 1.2 mil indicating all of a sudden, traders attracted to this stock suddenly, then sunddenly it drop that volume from that 1.4 mil to toay's 190,000 shares. This sudden drop in volume and trading activities indicating losing interests, attractiveness, and back off.
SKG is an insiders buying, ,or promoters buying themself, it is called an "inch by inch up" pattern, price move up and volume not suddenly increased substaintially.
That is why BIO is in that correction mode, and SKG is calm before storm mode, a big rally of SKG is much anticipated, did you see that SKG has that big rally yet???? did you see HCI or PHV today's big rally, HCI 8 mil shares, and PHV 4 mil shares HCI price up more than 500% jump and PHV 100% jump>
Did you see SKG 100% jump yet???? BIO had 400% jump these with big price jump are entitled cprrection, but SKG is not yet big price jump yet.
I anticipate it will very very soon along with NR then price 100% double to .44 you see.
Now, I am going to ask you a very simple question???? OK???
"Do you buy a stock before [right before ] it jump or do you buy a stock after it had jumped 400-500%????"
