Tony! look PHV.tse five year chart, lots of investors have lost lots of money it was $27.50 few years ago until recent .165 cent today closed@.38 quote.yahoo.com What a drop in price from $27.50 to .165c or even today's .38c. It appears that today's rally is overreact thenews includimng Ontaio Authority let it got away that waste dump by law etc. It is my opinion that this is 100% dead cat bounce, it is very risky. Lots quwestions remainds to be answer, Ontario seems let PHV get away this time, not next time, also, Chapter 11 protection issues etc..... I shall not buy this this stock at all, even I could be wrong, but I am much happy without having this stocks on hands. John Paquet
