Well then, let's get the pure IP bandwidth and open standard open source devices into the High Schools and public libraries.

There's a HUGE demand of Unix SysAdmin jobs alone, and a crisis level future supply (putting even more pressure on 'scalable') of people qualified to fill those positions. It's a perfect purpose for legacy PCs: Linux/*nix served legacy PC networks in schools and libraries.

This is an area of keen political interest for me. I would like to and plan to be active toward that end.
