Joseph, I use InterQuote real-time because they are the most affordabe source. They offer tick-by-tick quotes that continously update with no buttons to press, along with intraday charts. But IQ has its problems too because they are updating their software.

I am also one of the 50 beta testers for Internet Trader/NAQ real-time quotes.

I plan to stay with one of these two companys. Another month or two will tell.
