Let me see if I follow the logic,

- Taiwan supplies 10% of the world DRAM market, and even
if the DRAM fabs are knocked out for an extended period
of time(on the semicoductor news thread the reports are
that there is no damage other than power out)
- Taiwan supplies almost 80% of the mother boards for the industry

10% decrease in supply and a 80% decrease in PC demand, sure looks like a winner for Micron....
