I agree that this could be an eight bagger (from .45). I'm not sure if Christmas is the right target, but if they can come out with a strong quarter, positive news and a bit of IR / press, it isn't out of the question. Their earnings seem really strong to me when you consider new telecommunications spending would be off because of Y2K concerns. Besides house 82, no one seems to be selling. Usually, that is a signal that the insiders are bullish on the company. The earnings were around .11 and growing before the restructuring and it is reasonable to expect them to return to strong revenue growth again. China appears to be undertaking deficit financing of infrastructure projects to jump start their economy. TOM is well positioned to take advantage of that and interest in Asian and telecommunications stocks.
