Over on Yahoo, an organically-impaired short is trying to make hay from the Taiwanese earthquake that occurred this (their) morning. Sad when you have to rely on a terrible natural disaster to support your negative views of something.

Still, I was not aware that any foundry QCOM was contracting for ASIC manufacture was in Taiwan; I know IBM's main facilities are in the US and Germany, but I can't remember who else (Intel?) actually puts out silicon for Q, and where their primary fabs for such are located. Is this buried in some SEC document, or does anyone have generally good knowledge of the geography involved?
