It appears that this stock is also subject to downward revisions in its filing price. If that does in fact happen, then there is no pressing need to get this deal done. In point of fact, it may be very much an advantage for these stocks to wait a few weeks till all the market jitters have subsided. They all may find smoother sailing ahead. Molecular Simulations is on a day to day basis. Or should I say week to week. Opening premiums are somewhat none existent at this point but may return as the month continues.
