I am not going back so far I have seen everything, but I see there has been some conversation about skin cancer.
I have a basal cell carcinoma on my face, I learned a few weeks ago. It would have been removed by now, but we have an HMO, so naturally things take t i m e.
And in the meantime, I remembered that in an alternative health thing I subscribe to there was an treatment, a cream.
I wish I'd remembered it right away. But today I got some, I drove right to the distributor's, which happens to be about 40 minutes from here, and they assure me, though it is no doubt loony, that in three or four weeks I won't have basal cell carcinoma any more. Just smooth skin, no scar.
Worth a shot. I'll report.
No need to point out how unlikely it is, I know. Really.
I have a fantasy of going back to KP and showing them smooth skin where the basal thing was and saying hahahaha who needs modern medicine hahahaha.
It is supposed to work for other types of sun damage, too. Various kinds of spots. They were quite unequivocal. It will get sort of ugly, turn red, then brown, as the cancer cells are eliminated and fresh skin grows, and then I won't have it any more. The guy said.
I asked, Then why aren't the pharmaceutical companies selling this?
He said, it's made out of natural substances. You can't patent it. It's like patenting orange juice. Where's the money in it for them?
It is sold by prescription in Australia, where the main ingredient comes from.
Wouldn't it be surprising if I were able to come back in a month and tell you it worked? |
