PurchasePro.com, DynamicWeb In Co-Mktg Pact

FAIRFIELD, N.J. -- DynamicWeb Enterprises Inc. (DWEB) signed a co-marketing alliance with PurchasePro.com Inc. (PPRO), under which the companies will cross-sell their computer systems.

In a press release Monday, DynamicWeb said its Internet/electronic data interchange supply chain computer system will be sold under the alliance, as will PurchasePro.com's Internet procurement system.

Nasdaq-listed PurchasePro.com shares were recently trading at 34 11/16, up 8 15/16, or 36.7%, on volume of 26.3 million shares on Monday. Average daily volume is 196,400 shares.

DynamicWeb, an over-the-counter Bulletin Board company, sells electronic commerce software and services.

PurchasePro.com, which completed its initial public offering on Monday, sells business-to-business electronic-commerce services.
