Internet and technology related companies, announced today that it has acquired the Pokemon websites,
www.winpokemon.com, www.pokeauction.com and www.freepokemoncards.com.

Scott Kelly, President and CEO of M&A West, commented, ``Nintendo's Pokemon has become an overnight
phenomenon. The purchase of these Pokemon sites provides us an excellent platform to promote our Internet
