LONDON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Bell Atlantic Corp. <BEL.N> and Vodafone AirTouch Plc <VOD.L> on Tuesday said they have agreed details on the formation of a new coast-to-coast U.S. wireless telephone joint venture. New York-based Bell Atlantic will own 55 percent of the new company, which will have a value in excess of $70 billion, with Britain's Vodafone owning 45 percent
