Commenting on the launch, Players Network President, Mark Bradley said, "Many have wondered why Players Network has been so quiet the past few months. We have been busy re-structuring the Company into a full media network. While our ultimate goal is to convert Players Network into a nationwide cable TV channel, we have an opportunity to reach a larger audience on the Internet. With PlayersNetwork.com, we get a chance to utilize our extensive instructional programming for the casino industry, our entertainment and news segments along with information and video services for our affiliate hotels. In addition, we expect to have a strong revenue stream from the e-commerce part of the Web site and the advertising revenue we expect to generate. We expect PlayersNetwork.com to not only increase our advertising revenues as we can offer more media for companies to advertise on, but also increase the number of affiliate hotels we have on the network due to the additional services we can offer. We expect to begin announcing new alliances, contracts and agreements at a rapid pace in the future."
