Alan and all: PRA Labs was set up in order to comply with the rules of the FDA, which required specific certification of "blood products". These rules were relaxed or eliminated if memory serves, because the process was both time consuming and unnecessary. I am certain that Cel-Sci always anticipated designing its own manufacturing facility. It just remains to be seen if we will own it or if a third party will continue to manufacture the product. If we do own it, we will have to find the cash to build it. It is my hope that Geert will be able to find non-dilutive financing for this and the continued research necessary to bring Cel-Sci's products to market!
