I agree...and it will come in time. We have to provide an attractive and effective format to attract those kind of offerings. I have been left a bit cold upon reviewing the auction site...it's a bit sterile. I would like to see better graphics...the icons at the top for navigation are goofy...look like something the DOT or other govt. site would use...simple gifs with no imagination or originality. No appeal. I think we should strive to cater to the existing art affecionados as well as try to attract the average Joe Blow who stumbles upon the site on his way to the Casino sites....it ought to be classy but still appeal to just about anybody so as to be inviting and tempt them to look around...I love the bronze sculptures and that is very mainstream America...we need to attract mainstream America to come see them and bid. I have no specific ideas...just that the site needs to be FAST and more interactive (two opposing forces I know). Maybe some sounds to make it sound like there is an auction crowd...a dignified auctioneer (like a Christies auction) can be heard in the background identifying certain items up for bid (for an additional fee of course!)...an interactive auction guide animated servant to lead you around and describe items you choose to know more about...better classification and grouping... I am sure they will work on it.....
