Advanced Systems International Appoints Timothy L. Selner Vice
President, Operations
SOUTHFIELD, MI, Sep 21, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Advanced Systems
International ("ASI") (OTC BB: ADSN), a leading provider of enterprise
software solutions, has appointed Timothy L. Selner, Vice President,
Operations. Selner, a veteran of 14 years in the field of support
services, has managed critical operations for five companies, including
the time and attendance industry's leading firms.

Mr. Selner, who holds a B.S. in mathematics from the University of

Time Recorder. In that position he managed support services for up to

escalation/resolution procedures to meet ISO standards. Prior to
joining Simplex, he held several key staff and line management
positions at Kronos Incorporated.
