At the meeting, someone asked that question.

EMR will NOT be financing or giving any capital to the mining companies who will have these plants built. It will be the responsibility of the mining company.

The company couldn't mention how much $$$royalties(percentage) that Bateman would receive on each contract (for their assistance in marketing the technology).
The reason given was as follows: If this information was available for everyone to know, it would make it harder to negotiate with OTHER companies or future partners.(Because other future partners would know how much Bateman got and would want the same).

The private placement (with Bateman) is likely near completion. We can only hope that Bateman wants a bigger piece of this company and will buy shares off the market.
The next 30-45 days, we will hopefully get more info on possible contracts. They said that a contract will be signed by year end. It sounds as if EMR and Bateman are now choosing 'who' gets the first plant.

There are alot of confidentiality agreements signed which keeps EMR from telling us everything we want to know.

Gary.
