One possible exception to this could be NextWave if they pull their reorganization together. NextWave however would be more likely to chose cdma2000 over a nonstandards based or even a standards based WCDMA implementation, I would think. I'm speculating (counting on) cdma2000 to be the first 3G implementation in the US. I guessing that NextWave might be first in US, but wouldn't rule out Voda/AT/BAM or PCS Sprint. - Eric -
