Unfortunately, I don't see one on the radar screen until well after Asia and Europe. One possible exception to this could be NextWave if they pull their reorganization together. NextWave however would be more likely to chose cdma2000 over a nonstandards based or even a standards based WCDMA implementation, I would think.

I'm speculating (counting on) cdma2000 to be the first 3G implementation in the US. I guessing that NextWave might be first in US, but wouldn't rule out Voda/AT/BAM or PCS Sprint.
