Quite possible. The rumors have been rampant for a long time now that AMD wanted a partner for Dresden. I've even heard that AMD is trying to delay payment to vendors. Sounds to me like they could use a cash infusion (something to do with losing all that money?? Nah!) Moto could make sense since they have people in Dresden at the SC300 JV with Infineon.
