**Semi-OT** The law firm of Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes and Lerach, one of the many firms sueing Cymer, has filed a class-action lawsuit in Federal court alleging that Pokemon cards represent an illegal gambling enterprise. This is the sort of nonsense that I hope will one day cause us to reform our class-action laws.
