You are so very welcome. One of my fondest memories, by the way, is of a time that my wife and I bought a vintage port that was perfectly ready. It is one of those experiences that is Other, and makes one understand why people developed reverence for the finest wines. On the other hand, we once got a vintage port that must have been mishandled, and was past its prime when it should have been a sure bet. It was still tasty, but I was terribly dejected.....
