What is wrong here?

1) A fully reporting OTCBB stock.
2) Revenues rose 78% to $10,005,464 last quarter.
3) A float of 3,500,000 shares.
4) Signed Letter of Intent to purchase 60% of Quaker Funds.
5) Heavy insider buying recently.

Can anyone tell me why this stock is trading at .60 ????
I see too many good things happening here, this stock should be at multiples of current price.
