One of the subjects in Buchanan's new book is a rethink of whether we should have entered WWII. Newt wrote a novel a couple of years ago set in a world where Germany won WWII.

Is this a coincidence or is speculating about alternate WWII time lines some kind of obsession among beltway conservatives?
