Good research doesn't seem to be part of your investment strategy, Judah Sorry, Judah: It's YOUR euphoric mind that should get its facts straight. Here are some FACTS. Perhaps you'd like a dictionary to look the word up... By the way, I don't suppose YOU'VE SPOKEN to the CEO lately, have you ? I HAVE. Fact #1: In a press release from yesterday, Iomega stated that it only has CAPACITY for 5 million units (INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES) and that they may not even ship that many (though I believe they will). Fact #2: C538(Zip chip) revenues DID represent 12% of IMPX revenues at one point. But that number is ever-changing and unless their other products have suddenly become extremely popular, C538s right now represent closer to 35%, according to my model. Fact #3: IF your unit estimates were founded (and they're not) IMPX's pre-tax profits would come closer to 24 million, not 20... I'm not here to bash IMPX. In fact, they're a VERY good company. I simply stated that is difficult to assess the value of this stock, due to the uncertainty of how much longer they will be IOMG's sole supplier. Obviously, the market is having a hard time figuring out, also. I appologize if I seem overly hostile, but I don't take kindly to hard research being countered by unsubstantiated statements. m. P.S. Quick quiz, Judah: Do you know the current average selling price and margin for read-channel ICs?
