Veridicom Lands $500,000 Deal With SAFLINK to Integrate Fingerprint Technology for Australian Distributor
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 1999--Veridicom, Inc., the leading provider of personal authentication solutions for E-commerce and data security, announced today that SAFLINK Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of The National Registry Inc. (NASDAQ: NRID), has placed an initial order for more than $500,000 of fingerprint authentication peripherals to be delivered to its Australian distribution partner Triton Resources LTD (ASX: TRE). Triton is expected to integrate Veridicom's latest hardware with SAFLINK's award winning software products to create advanced security solutions for log-on access, disk encryption and data security. The order is expected to be delivered over the next nine months.
