I think the next report is happening with UP's shareprice
right now. Unfortunately for us, the convolutions that
this story takes makes it hard for the casual investor to
understand what the prize at the end of the play really is.
IMHO, even if the restraining order is made permanent or
if continued on a temporary basis pending another hearing,
it may not translate immediately into an increase in shareprice. What I believe is needed is a removal of the
present BOD, reappointment of Allan as President and a new
board appointed. I know that Allan won't come back with the
present BOD in place....who can blame him? It's what would
be best for AOW and the minority shareholders.
