Thats correct. Here are the common rules I follow based on my CLASS SIGNALs:

1) UPTREND = mainly CLASS SELL signals but few or no CLASS BUY signals. Commonly the market will rebound to the upside when my short-term tecnicals are near the midrange

2) DOWNTREND = mainly CLASS BUY signals but few or no CLASS SELL signals, Commonly the market will sell-off to the downside when my short-term technicals are near the midrange
This just happened today with the DOW only so far, and the SPX is close to giving a CLASS 2 BUY signal also

3) TRADING RANGE - getting both CLASS BUY and CLASS SELL signal. Basicly alternating from CLASS BUY and CLASS SELLs
